Mahoninvg County Common Pleas Judgs James Evans took the case under advisement and indicated a decisiojn could come as earlyas Thursday. "Obviously, we have no idea wherw or when that was taken and who thesepeopler are,” said Bob Tenenbaum, of the Ohio Jobs and Growth which is collecting the signatures.
“But if we can identifg anyone working for the campaigb who is saying anythingv they are not supposed to be they will be removeds from thecampaign immediately.” Tenenbaum said any signatures deemer to have been improperly collected will not be submittef to the state. He said campaign officials are "very confident" they will submit enough signatures to get the casino measure on the The Ohio Jobs and Growthh Plan has proposed a constitutional amendmentg to legalize casino gamblingin Columbus, Cleveland and Toledo. The group has unti l the end of this month tocollect 400,000 signaturew in order to get the measure on the November ballotg in Ohio.
